Position: Trainee Engineer Department: Sales, Service & Digital Marketing Support Location: India Experience: Fresher – 2 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Any Streams)

About the Role

The Trainee Engineer will support digital marketing activities, client coordination, and back office activities across Trainings, Services, Products, and Projects for Pharma & Biopharma clients. This is a blended Technical + Sales + Digital Marketing exposure role ideal for fresh engineering graduates.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicating to clients and arranging the meetings for Sales/BD teams

· Assist in presenting technical capabilities to clients.

· Support sales team with tele-calling, follow-ups, and client documentation.

· Prepare PPT presentations & technical materials.

· Participate in client visits and support material delivery.

· Contribute to webinars/workshops—coordination, attendance, follow-up, certificates.

· Help manage social media accounts, email marketing & digital analytics.

· Support internal teams in handling online courses, client

responses & technical queries.

· Good communication skills in English.

· Basic understanding of pharma industry operations (preferred).

· Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).

· Eager to learn, proactive & hardworking.
