Job Description – HR & Admin Recruitment Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee life cycle, statutory compliance, and general administration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews & selection.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current & future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Negotiate salary & prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
• Handle on boarding, induction & documentation of new employees.
HR Management
• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records, payroll, attendance & leave management.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support career development plans.
• Manage employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
• Address grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity & other statutory obligations.
Administration
• Oversee day-to-day office/site administration.
• Vendor management – contracts, office supplies, travel & logistics.
• Ensure legal/statutory documentation and renewals are up to date.
• Support management in administrative and policy matters.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong recruitment and headhunting skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational & multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, or ERP tools.
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in Recruitment, HR & Administration.
• Experience in Infrastructure / Construction / Manufacturing industry preferred.
