Key Responsibilities

• B2B Sales: Drive sales growth and market penetration across target B2B customer segments.
• Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to expand the client base and onboard new professional customers.
• Relationship Management: Ensure repeat billing and enhance customer retention strategies with tagged customers.
• Field Operations: This role typically involves significant travel within the city to meet clients and manage accounts.
• Market Feedback: Provide market insights and feedback to management to help shape product assortment and pricing strategies.
• Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report regularly to the Sales Manager or Store Business Head. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in FMCG or B2B sales, specifically within wholesale environments, is highly preferred.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales management and negotiation skills.
• Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics to effectively cater to customer needs.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Education: A minimum of a graduate qualification is often required, with preference for a post-graduate diploma in Sales & Marketing.
