This role is pivotal in achieving our store's non-food sales targets while maintaining high operational and customer satisfaction standards (NPS). You will report directly to the AM/AGM Non-Food and lead a team of Store Operation Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:
Sales & Strategy: Framing weekly and weekend sales plans, achieving monthly/annual targets, coordinating institutional sales, and conducting daily sales reviews.
Team Leadership: Conducting daily briefings, monitoring associates' product knowledge, managing department ROTA, and ensuring operational SOPs are diligently followed.
Merchandising & Operations: Ensuring optimal shelf displays, planogram implementation, maintaining updated signage and rail cards, and managing stock in outriggers.
Inventory & Quality Control: Monitoring and reducing shrinkage below target limits, conducting weekly stock maintenance, performing physical inventory (PI) checks, and updating stock corrections in MMS.
Customer Experience: Conducting NPS huddles and ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate possesses strong decision-making skills, specifically regarding daily/weekly sales tactics and shrinkage control. You should be a proactive leader capable of coordinating effectively with internal teams (Buyers, IT, Finance, Pricing) and external stakeholders (Customers, Institutional Accounts).
