Role Summary
The Technical Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director to support technical coordination, project tracking, and execution follow-ups. The role combines technical understanding with leadership support, similar to an EA but with strong operational and technical ownership.
Key Responsibilities
· Support MD in technical planning, reviews, and execution follow-ups
· Coordinate with engineering, production, safety, and site teams
· Track project timelines, deliverables, and action points
· Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dashboards
· Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
· Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for technical matters
· Support MD during site visits, audits, and technical meetings
Education & Experience
· Graduate / Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Safety / Industrial preferred)
· 5–7 years experience in technical coordination, operations, or project support
· Manufacturing / industrial safety experience preferred
