Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Engineer to manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, coordinate with production, and ensure timely execution of customer orders. The candidate should have sound knowledge of quality systems, ERP processes, and industrial products related to steel and textile components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) ISO 9100:2015 entire system and procedure, Maintaining records as per ISO and able to face outside Auditors for renewal.
2) ERP System Procedure and System, Maintaining updated records to know the exact position of pending orders, pending enquiries, status of orders from each customer, payment position, etc.
3) Knowledge about customers using Steel Cops, ABS Sleeves, Tubes, Pipes, Steel and Aluminum Cheese Tubes, Customer for Monofilament Cops, etc.

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Market for Steel Cops.
• Retain existing customers.
• Develop New Customers.
• Coordinate with factory regarding pending orders, timely production and execution.
• Collection of 100% advance payment.
• Maintain Credit Limit.
• Take work from Marketing staff
• Increase Market Share.
• Achieve Value Addition for each product.
