Brand Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Brief)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and product positioning to strengthen brand identity and market presence.

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including product ideation, coordination with R&D, packaging development, branding, and product launches.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, and offline channels.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend tracking to identify business growth opportunities.

  • Monitor brand performance, sales trends, customer insights, and marketing KPIs to improve profitability and market share.

  • Manage marketing budgets, promotional spends, and support P&L objectives through cost-effective planning.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams for trade promotions, retailer engagement, and marketing support for D2C and retail channels.

  • Oversee social media platforms, website content, and brand communication to maintain a strong and consistent brand image.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, packaging, creative agencies, and vendors for smooth project execution.

  • Ensure innovative, aesthetically appealing, and consumer-focused branding aligned with skincare/cosmetic industry trends.

Required Skills
