The organization is seeking an experienced and technically strong professional for the position of Senior Project Engineer – Repairs to lead structural audit, repair, and rehabilitation activities for industrial projects across multiple locations in India. The role involves inspection and assessment of steel structures, preparation of technical recommendations, and supervision of repair execution while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural audits and condition assessments of steel structures at industrial project sites.
• Identify structural deficiencies, corrosion issues, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, audit findings, repair methodologies, and engineering recommendations.
• Supervise repair, strengthening, and rehabilitation activities at site.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and approved engineering practices.
• Review drawings, inspection reports, and technical documents related to repair works.
• Monitor project progress, site activities, and execution schedules.
• Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance during repair activities.
• Participate in site inspections, shutdown planning, and project meetings as required.
