Roles and Responsiblities:
• You would be responsible for the after Sales services, handle customer queries and providing
resolution to them, payment collection, etc.
• You would also be responsible for providing effective and timely solution for all customer complaints.
• You would be required to meet customers for the provision of one-to-one service and developing complaints or feedback procedures for the use of customers.
• You would also be required to maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with customers.
• You should have knowledge of hand over process.
• You would be responsible to analyze data or statistics to identify the customer service level, the organization is providing.
• You would need to work with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand better customer needs in a more holistic business sense.
• You need to ensure timely completion & submission of reports.
• You would also require to co-ordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
• You would have to follow-up for payment collection on timely basis.
