Job Role :

Screening of workmen who enter the campus to work at SG ( criteria given)
Handle classroom sessions based on given materials ( safety, housekeeping, basic rules .etc)
Take them to the Shop floor and give them " On The Job training.... depending on the area of work like dispatch, glass handling, forklift operation, quality...etc
Prepare daily n weekly reports based on training conducted 
pgrade training material and SOPs based on instructions from SG.
The selected candidate will be initially trained during the probation period for 3 months and certified. He/She will handle classroom seesion and give OJT for workmen. Training modules are already prepared. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports will have to be sent to HR
