  1. Practical knowledge of hardware’s, software’s, networking and servers. Ability of problem solving in these areas.
  2. Creating email accounts in 0ffice 365.
  3. Troubleshoot 0ffice 365 related issues.
  4. Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup / recovery.
  5. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  6. Handle Outlook and Mailbox related issues.
  7. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
  8. CCTV related
  9. Installation of OS (Windows 7,8,10)
  10. Installation, deploying, managing and configuring new hardware (network device, printers, computer work stations etc.).
  11. Very good understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of network connectivity.
  12. Should possess knowledge of networking protocol like DNS, SSH, DHCP, telnet, HTTP, HTTPS.
  13. Experience with Cisco wireless controller, firewall, router and switches.
  14. IP addressing and subnetting
  15. Managing and maintaining endpoint protection (antivirus Mcafee, sequrite…)
  16. Knowledge on Windows AD Server. Microsoft Server (2012, 2016, 2019).
  17. Backup management
  18. Knowledge of PBX and ISP line.
  19. Interacting with Vendors for Hardware & Software Support.
  20. IT Asset management.
