QC Chemist (RM/PM + FG) – Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of raw & packing materials as per specifications
• Verify supplier test reports and approve/reject incoming materials
• Prepare and standardize lab chemicals and reagents
• Monitor lab conditions (pH, temperature, humidity, calibration)
• Maintain documentation, reports, and chemical stock
• Handle non-conformities and take corrective actions (CAPA)
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability
• Coordinate external testing and reports
• Test, review, and release finished goods as per quality standards
• Verify BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) before product release
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and compliance before dispatch
• Monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement
