Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Engineer to support sales and technical activities 
within the construction and MEP industry. The ideal candidate should have basic experience 
interacting with Builders, Contractors, and MEP Consultants, along with a strong desire 
to grow in project sales, technical communication, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Business Development
• Generate leads and support sales activities with builders, contractors, and consultants.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation for tenders.
• Follow up on inquiries, submissions, and pending quotations.
• Support senior sales team members in achieving sales targets.
2. Client Coordination
• Conduct regular visits to project sites, consultant offices, and contractor teams.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide timely responses to technical 
and commercial queries.
• Record and update customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
3. Technical Support
• Understand project basics, drawings, BOQs, and product specifications.
• Provide product information and coordinate with the technical team for customized 
solutions.
• Assist in product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
4. Market Research
• Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects, competition, and customer 
requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and share findings with senior team members.
5. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments such as estimation, logistics, and accounts for 
smooth order processing.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the construction/MEP 
industry.
• Basic understanding of working with Builders, Contractors, and MEP Consultants
is preferred.
Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire 
Fighting—customize as needed).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid driving license (if applicable).
Salary & Benefits:
25K to 35 K Salary Range & Incentives, Allowances]
