Roles & Responsibilities:
· Prepare comprehensive fire protection designs and accurate cost estimates for engineering fire-related projects.
· Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand the project scope, gather necessary information, and develop detailed cost estimates.
· Work effectively with various internal teams and external contractors to discuss, coordinate, and resolve any issues related to estimating and design.
· Responsible for preparing detailed designs related to fire protection systems.
· Provide technical expertise and support in the planning and execution phases of fire protection projects.
· Oversee the supply, installation, and servicing of fire protection & detection systems
· Coordinate with internal execution teams to ensure timely project completion
· Monitor and review project progress to ensure quality and timeliness
· Manage resources, budgets, and project risks effectively
Skills and Competencies Required:
· Strong understanding of engineering principles, particularly related to fire protection systems.
· Proficient in mathematics and applying engineering calculations for accurate designs and cost estimation.
· Proficiency in MS Office for documentation, reporting, and communication.
· Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating and modifying detailed fire protection designs.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external contractors.
