Study and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate design estimations.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), cost estimations, and technical proposals.
Coordinate direct to the Boss to ensure feasibility of estimates.
Review client inquiries, tender documents, and provide costing support for bidding.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest design optimizations.
Work closely with procurement and vendors to gather pricing details.
Ensure estimations are aligned with company standards, safety norms, and quality requirements.
Assist project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Maintain updated records of estimations, quotations, and historical data for reference.
