US tele caller WORK FROM HOME

US Telecaller (often operating in international voice processes or US shifts) is responsible for initiating or receiving calls to/from customers in the United States to generate leads, close sales, or provide support.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to potential US clients from provided databases or handle incoming inquiries professionally.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential sales leads through effective questioning and convert them into business opportunities.
• Script Management: Memorise and skillfully customise pre-defined scripts to suit specific customer needs and situations.
• Database Maintenance: Accurately record and update customer interactions, feedback, and personal information in CRM software or internal databases.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the organisation. 

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, confident phone manner.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is often preferred.
• Cultural Competence: Basic understanding of US culture, market trends, and potentially neutral or US-friendly accents for effective engagement.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and various CRM tools.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle rejection positively, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset. 

3. Working Conditions

• Shift Timing: Primarily Night Shifts (typically starting around 6:30 PM IST) to align with US business hours.
• Compensation: Often includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives and benefits like health insurance.
