Job purpose: Increasing sales of respective articles in the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing shrinkage in the department

1. Daily & Weekly decision on articles to increase sales of the department
2. Decisions on controlling shrinkage and identifying damaged articles
3. Creating department ROTA
4. Seasonal articles ordering & projection and expiry clearance
4. Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
? Daily briefings with the team, floor walks and ensuring replenishment
? Ensuring Updated Rail Cards and signage are present for all the articles
? Ensuring planogram implementation & cleanliness in the department
? Coordinate with CCs for institutional sales and daily sales review
? Conducting stock receiving, checks and clearance
? Coordinate with suppliers for gap articles and promotional articles
? Monitoring and keeping shrinkage below target limits
? Monitoring stock correction and updating on MMS
? Create expiry report, seasonal display images and sales trackers
? Ensuring operational SOPs are followed diligently
? Weekly stock maintenance, conducting PI, and expiry check
? Framing weekly & weekend sales plan based on targets
? Ordering – Pricing – Display – Liquidation of seasonal articles
? Conducting NPS huddle and monitoring NPS scores
? Monthly sales review, shrinkage review and plan for Non high value sales
? Achieving sales target month on month & annually for the department
? Ensuring EBITA, NPS targets are achieved and meeting BSC parameters
