Roles & Responsibilities
 Daily Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to
manage and address customer complaints.
New Machine Installation : Oversee and perform
installations of new machines.
Warranty Machine Maintenance: Conduct
maintenance and repairs on machines covered under
warranty & Machines in Annual Service Contract.
-Breakdown Response : Attend to and resolve machine
breakdown calls promptly.
Sales of ASC: Promote and sell Annual Service
Contracts (ASC) to customers & achieve ASC target. 
Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support and
assistance during the pre-sales process to ensure
customer satisfaction
