QC Chemist (IPQC) – Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality checks as per standards and specifications
• Identify defects (non-conformities) and ensure proper closure
• Conduct line clearance before production starts
• Verify labels, codes, and packaging details before final release
• Check and maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records)
• Support ISO 13485 audits and quality system compliance
• Monitor rejection reports and ensure proper action
• Ensure product identification and traceability on shop floor
• Coordinate external testing and reports
• Participate in continuous improvement and product development
