Experience: 15+ yrs.

Salary: 1.25 lacs to 1.40 lacs PM 

Industry:  injection Moulding unit tier 2 working in automobile sector and dealt with engineering plastics.

Location: Dekawada Ahmedabad Gujarat

 

Job Responsibility of Production Head    
1.Responsible for achieving daily production target and on time delivery.
2. Daily Planning review with PPC and internal team.
3. Trouble shooting in Injection Moulding machine  on shop floor
4. Reduce in house rejection through kaizen implement
5. Implement of new poka-yoke after analysis
6. Improvements & modification in jigs, fixtures & tooling, thereby increasing the productivity & quality, reduction in cost.
7. Responsible for maintaining discipline ,5s implementation & other systems on shop floor
8. OEE review on daily basis
9. Meeting with shop floor team on daily basis and communicate management requirements.
10. MIS made and review on Monthly basis.
11. 4M data review on daily basis.
12. Red bin meeting review on daily basis                
13. Break down hours and reason review and analysis to be done on daily basis.
