Job Responsibilities

Monitoring and Control manpower, materials and production.

 Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs and motivating team of workers.

 Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

 To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product.

Organizing and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.

To avoid land pollution when steel cut wires are stored in storage area also safety precaution for workman while working should have PPE & safety shoes.

Training to operator regarding loading pattern of various kind of loading in different capacity.

To arrange the vehicle as per the required capacity Responsible for good housekeeping, waste elimination by converting waste into wealth.

 Ensuring Environment management system is established, implement and maintained in accordance with the requirement of this international standard.

Develop and implement dispatch strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with production, sales and QC to align dispatch operations with business needs.
