Roles & Responsibilities

1.Every month, you will be responsible for getting maximum Paid Subscriptions of the overall Nursing Next Plans/Packs.

2. You need to talk to students and convince them to buy paid subscriptions of different Packs. We will be providing you the calling number(data) time to time, but you have to generate the prospective leads out of those data.

3. You should have the sound knowledge of all the Pack offered by Nursing Next. Also, on a regular basis you need to upgrade your knowledge by exploring the app, brochure and other tools provided to upgrade your product knowledge.

4. You have to guide the free subscribers on the overall features & ongoing offers of the different packages on a regular basis.

5. The targets will be assigned every month and for achieving your targets you need to do minimum 45-50 calls every day.

6. You need to be regular in touch with your important leads and from time to time you need to send SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails them about benefits, features, tests & offers etc.

7. You have to provide the best customer service support to all the subscribers and make a very good healthy professional relationship with them. 

8. You need to make strategies on your own and have to put your best possible efforts to achieve your monthly assigned targets. 

9. You need to maintain the proper database of the students in excel and CRM software.   

10. We will be providing you complete training and also will provide all the necessary resources so that you can fulfil your responsibilities in a proper manner and can justify your role with full effectiveness and enthusiasm
