1. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Overall Operations of Warehouse – Raw Materials / Finished Goods / Engineering Spares
2. Implement Required Safety Standards in Warehouse
3. Implement a Governance System for Goods Receipt / Material Management / Invoice as per the required QMS / ISO / FDA at site.
    

        SALARY RANGE: Around 70,000/- to 90,000/- or  20% hike in current salary.

1. Job Profile :

1. Procedures / Governance

1. Prepare & Implement a procedure for Good Receipt / Issuance / Finished Goods / Engineering Spare management
2. Implement a Material Coding system at Site
3. Develop Master Plan for Warehouse Storage / material movement using standard Material Handling Equipment’s like Forklift / Stacker
4. Manage Engineering spares and stores with proper stock / issuance system
5. Develop Monthly MIS for stocks / Invoice Closing / GRN / RGP etc..
6. Develop Checklists for container management / documentation etc.
7. Implement and use  SAP for all transactions (MM / MRP / GRN etc..) at site
    

1. EHS / Statutory Compliances / Liasioning :

1. Monitor & document requirements as per required licenses / compliances (FDA / GMP / ISO / GPCB)
2. Implement the safety procedures in warehouse with respect to chemical handling / Emergency Re
    

1. Training :

1. Impart training on Safety to new recruits, employees, contractors, contract employees.
2. Periodically evaluate Training Effectiveness.
3. Maintain updated records for all the Training activities.

1. Desired Candidate Profile :
   
   - BSC/ MSC / B.Com / BBA or equivalent with relevant knowledge SAP / ISO / FDA / GMP
   
   - 6-8 years experience in chemical / API manufacturing
