English/ TELUGU/BENGALI language known read & speak.

Candidate duty has work from home Monday to Saturday 8.50 hrs daily.

Responsibility of sales engineer

To generate firm order booking, Month on Month basis.
Existing OEM shall not be considered in this target.

To generate new customers every month.
|
To acknowledge inquiries, prepare and submit quote and follow up for the order. To acknowledge Orders.
|
To make courtesy visits to existing customers every month and capture the same in visit reports
|
To make daily calls to existing/potential customer and to capture the same in the daily report.
|
To submit report on activities carried out during the day. Report to be submitted by email by end of the day. Report shall have customer name, person, designation, contact number, email id and brief on points discussed.

To send introductory email to new/potential customers on a weekly basis.
|
To submit montly sales report by 1st/2nd of every month, covering daily calls report, visit report, introduction email sent report, order booking report, quotation status report and next month planning report.

To arrange for technical presentations to potential customers on Monthly basis.
|
To collect satisfactory performance reports from existing customers/old customers
|
To followup and ensure timely receipt of payment against customer orders.
|
To attend techno commercial discussion with new/existing customers as and when required
|
To prepare and submit application/documents for new vendor approval every month. To follow up and clear the same.

To co-ordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of Orders, Co-ordinate with customers visiting our Factory, preparation and submission of ISO documents/audits.

To attend trade shows/ online seminars / webinars as and when required
|
