We have an urgent opening for Sales Executive  position in XWAY ELEVATOR.We require a person who can generate  elevator product sales activity in  Baroda , Surat, Bharuch.We require a person from Baroda.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Base Location: Baroda

Reporting to: Area sales manager


Required Competence

Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate & 3-5 years. experience in sales field (Preferably From Elevator Industry)
Salary : 20,000/- to 25,000/-
 

               Generating enquires and finalization of orders, Contract Management, Supporting sales and marketing functions, Forecasting and target setting.

• Meeting customers, architects and consultants to assess their requirements, Developing and increasing customer database.

• Preparing and maintaining Customer History Card for major customers, Establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend.

• Identifying and maintaining report with key persons in major customer organizations, Keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature.

• Market survey, Knowing competitors, Generating and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet.

• Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal, Preparing and submitting tenders, attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening, attending negotiation meeting.

• Follow up on proposals and tenders, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received.

• Achieving minimum 90% target set for the year.

• Ensure customer visits as per guidelines for self and team.

• Ensure professionals are released in line with expected market.

• Liaison with Construction Dept. with a view to have effective contract management.

• Customer satisfaction is the bottom line of all activities and systems designed and implemented – timely and mutually acceptable resolution to customer complains.

• Create safety awareness amongst all customers.

• Check safety compliance during site visits.
