Discussion on proposed scheme for customer with concern sales person, AM etc.
To understand the requirements of client, understanding of RFQ, Knowledge of filling technical data Sheet.
Preparation and submission of Design and technicaloffer as per the RFQ provided by client.
Taking strong follow-up by healthy conversation with the clients for order conversion.
Preparation of P& ID and BOM with technical offer for exact cost evaluation.
To send enquiries to suppliers / vendors & get quotation for all bought out items.
Having sound knowledge about Dosing Systems, Dosing Pumps, Pressure Vessels, Agitators, Rotary Pumps.
Familiar with latest ASME Standard, Engineering Standard commonly used worldwide.
To have technical discussions with the client on technical points/proposal.
Get approval from AM /DM/Sales person before techno-Commercial offer submission.
To back support sales team for order finalisation.
Collecting and Compiling information on all potential customers.
Maintenance of records.
Storage/preservation/disposal of documents.
To be made safe way available to retrieve the data.
To maintain own records of work done on daily basis.
To make available for any information which required by sales team during discussion with customer.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- To carry out any works as & when given by department head
- Required Qualification:BE Mechanical /Chemical
- Experience: 2-5 years Preferable from same industry.
- Should have knowledge or experience of Engineering equipment.
- Knowledge of Fabrication, tanks, Valves, Pumps, piping & fittings
- Similar field experience person would be given preference.
