Job Title: Legal Admin

 

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Saturday until 5:00 PM, Second Saturday and all Sundays Off)

 

Reports To: Legal Team


About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive – Legal Administrator to support our Legal Team. You’ll help manage and organize legal contracts and documents, track renewals and signatures, and ensure everything is properly stored and updated.

If you’re good with Microsoft Word and Excel, enjoy working with documents, and want to build a career in legal and administrative work, this role is a great fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management:
    • Format and update contracts (names, dates, terms, etc.).
    • Upload contracts for online signing and follow up for signatures and renewals.
    • Maintain a contract tracker to monitor status and expiries.
  • Database & Documentation:
    • Keep an accurate Excel record of all contracts and their status.
    • Store and organize legal documents (both digital and physical).
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for contract signing and follow-ups.
    • Respond to internship-related emails and general legal communication.
    • Maintain polite and professional email communication at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Legal background is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative or legal role preferred. Freshers with strong MS Office skills can also apply.
  • Skills:
    • MS Word & Excel: Strong formatting and data tracking skills (basic pivot tables preferred).
    • Communication: Clear, professional English writing and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing and maintaining documents.
    • Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and maintains confidentiality.
