Key Responsibilities:

• Study and interpret fabrication drawings, BOQ, and specifications

• Plan and supervise fabrication activities on shop floor / site

• Ensure proper execution of cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes

• Monitor production schedules and manpower allocation

• Ensure welding procedures (WPS, PQR) and quality standards are followed

• Coordinate with QC for inspections and testing

• Identify and resolve fabrication-related technical issues

• Maintain fabrication records, daily progress reports, and documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies

• Coordinate with stores for material availability
