Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

  • Designing and developing expansion bellows for various applications, considering factors like material selection, size, geometry, and intended use. 
  • Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications for bellows and related components. 
  • Performing stress analysis and other calculations to ensure bellows meet performance requirements. 
  • Developing and implementing new designs and technologies for expansion bellows. 

• Manufacturing and Testing:

  • Working with manufacturing teams to ensure bellows are produced to specifications. 
  • Developing and implementing testing procedures to verify bellows performance and quality. 
  • Analyzing test data and identifying areas for improvement in design and manufacturing.
