Pl find the JD for the district coordinator:

Company Name: Labhya Foundation
Role Type - (12 months) contract, extendable based on program needs
Fixed CTC - INR 4,08,000, subject to all lawful deduction

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional full-time work experience preferably in the development/ NGO/
education sector

Characteristics:
? Fluency in Gujarati (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in written
English will be considered an added advantage.
? Willingness and readiness to travel extensively across diverse and remote KGBV
locations as per program needs (non-negotiable)
? Based in tier - 2/3/4 cities or towns in Gujarat (preferred)
? On-ground experience with children and youth
? Interest in working on Social-Emotional learning (SEL), adolescent mental health, and
well-being
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
? Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in dynamic settings
? Ownership of a personal laptop (non-negotiable) and ability to use it effectively for
documentation, reporting, and program-related tasks

Role Expectations:
All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not
mentioned in order of priority.
? Conduct assigned KGBV visits to monitor implementation quality and on-ground support
? Collect, review, and analyse program data and field insights to identify trends, gaps, and
areas for improvement
? Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including wardens and district
officials, and act as a reliable point of contact for the program
? Identify implementation challenges early, drive timely resolution, and escalate critical
issues as needed
? Support ongoing capacity building of wardens and student monitors to strengthen
facilitation and implementation quality
? Ensure accurate and consistent documentation of visits, observations, and actions,
including capturing success stories to highlight on-ground impact
