Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing HORECA clients and develop new accounts

• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering units regularly

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and promotions at customer locations

• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
