BE /Diploma/Diploma

Experience (in years):  3-5 Years’                                           Salary: 4.5 to 5.5 LPA

Age (in years) :  22 - 28 years    

Role and Responsibilities:

1. To adhere to the change management system in 4M
2. To adhere to the customer requirements in the production process and system
3. Discussion with QRE for the quality problem and countermeasure preparation.
4. To ensure ECN implementation as per the customer’s requirement.
5. To verify action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system audits.
6. To handle the customer complaint as per the defined procedure.
7. To prepare corrective/preventive action as per their skill level
8. Improvement of a process for optimum utilization of 4M
9. 5’s awareness and shop floor discipline.
10. Certified Internal auditor of IATF 16949 & EHS
11. Good Leadership and quality skills
12. Good communication skills.

Competencies and skills required:

• Good knowledge of MS office
