Role
Shift Engineer
  1. Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for Overall Operations of Mechanical maintenance and utility in Shift – Boiler, Thermic fluid heater, HVAC, Reactors, ANFD, Air compressor, Vacuum pump
  2. Implement Required Safety Standards in Mechanical maintenance and utility operation-work permit system, LOTO, PPES.
  3. Distribution of job in shift and ensure work as per SOP.
     
  1. Job Profile :
  1. Maintenance
  1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Reactors.
  2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of ANFD
  3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Vacuum pumps
  4. Preventive and corrective maintenance of steam boiler
  5. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Thermic fluid heaters
  6. Preventive and corrective maintenance of reciprocating and screw air compressors.
  7. Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC.
  8. Preventive and corrective maintenance of centrifugal pumps and blower.
  9. Preventive and corrective maintenance of root blowers.
  10. Preventive and corrective maintenance of heat exchangers.
  11. Preventive and corrective maintenance of solvent recovery plant.   
     
  1. EHS.
  1. Implement of work permit system, LOTO, PPES 
     

 

  1. Desired Candidate Profile :

    Diploma / BE / B tech. in mechanical

    - 3 to 5 years’ experience in chemical / API manufacturing
