Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the development of marketing & sales department.
• Designing and implementing marketing & sales plans for company products.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses in a professional manner.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns. 
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. 
• Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. 
• Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms. 
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Promotional activities
• Updating databases
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
• Monitoring performance of the staff members

Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Master’s degree in science, marketing, business, or related field.
• Knowledge and skills of modern marketing and sales techniques.
• High-level communication and networking ability.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
