Position: Jr. HR

Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
· Manage employee on-boarding and maintain accurate records.
· Support HR administration, including payroll, compliance.
· Organize employee engagement activities.
· Address employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.
· Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
· Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
· Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
· Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
