Responsible to execute sales plan as decided by management and ensure maximum customer coverage in given area
? Conduct Review Meetings with team for sales review, product mix review every month and take actions for sales improvements as per the challenges faced and submit the filled Monthly Work Review Report to the Reporting Authority/Management on or before 03rd of every Month.
? Minimum 07 Physical Hospital Visits on daily basis for Sales oriented activities.
? Identify and approach new customers in market in given area
? Approach existing customers for repeat business and new referrals
? Schedule meetings with potential customers and visit customers as per the given visit targets
? Understand customer requirements and represent product/sample to customers during meeting as per the requirements
? Submit sales quotation to customers as per the need
? Prepare and do sales agreements with customers as per the company policies ? Negotiate and convince customers for optimum price thereby close the deals
? Co-ordinate with stockist for product samples for sales
? Co-ordinate with supply chain department for it’s timely delivery to customers
? Co-ordinate with distributor for order information in timely manner
? Achieve and exceed sales target product wise
? Maintain sales data daily and submit the same to reporting authority daily
? Market analysis and submit a report on same to Reporting Authority / Management. ? Collect customer feedback/Testimonials as per given target every month and submit to Reporting Authority / Sales Coordinator.
? Collect product complaint form from clients and report the same to Reporting Authority / Sales Coordinator.
? Get product form approved from customer if required.
? Follow-up for payment with customers as directed by Reporting Authority/Sales Coordinator.
? Attend daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales review meetings
? Attend Sales and Non-sales team trainings.
? Maintain KRA - KPI Sheets for performance evaluation.
