Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Base Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting to: Business Head & Partner

Required Competence

Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate & 5-8 years. experience in sales field (Preferably From Elevator Industry)

Salary : 30,000/- to 35,000/-

Preferred skills: Decision Making, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Team working, Ability to motivate people, Negotiation

Job Roles& Responsibilities:

1) To monitor & follow up overall activity of sales & marketing of elevator product.

2) To make strong position of company in market by market analysis

3) To arrange the promotional activities

4) To enhance the business by identifying new sources for business

5) Daily follow up of Sales executives

6) To provide guidance to regional sales executives

7) Negotiation with customers

8) To train the sales personnel about up gradation of product

9) To communicate and liaison with the customer on regular basis and maintain good relationship with them

10) To increase business with existing customers

11) To develop new customers

12) Setting the sales target

13) Finalizing the sales orders

14) He transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.

15) Pre-Sales/ Market research  Key Skill

      1. Should be comfortable for calling profile.

      2. Should be able to generate leads.

      3. Active and quick Learner with Excellent organization skills.

      4. Good Communication Skills.

      5. Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure.

      6.Must Have Sales Experience  Of Lifts And Escalator
