The job requirements for an Acquisition Executive.
1. Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, A Master's degree
(e.g., MBA) is often preferred.
? Experience: 2-5 years of experience in acquisitions, business development,
sales, or similar roles. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or
corporate development may be highly valued.
? Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry in which the
company operates Digital out of Home technology is a plus.
2. Skills and Competencies:
? Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess potential acquisition opportunities,
perform due diligence, and evaluate market trends and competitor landscapes.
? Negotiation Skills: Capable of managing negotiations and securing favourable
terms in acquisitions and partnerships.
? Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques,
and financial modelling.
? Project Management Skills: Ability to manage the acquisition process,
including coordinating teams, meeting deadlines, and overseeing the integration
of acquired assets.
? Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for
interacting with stakeholders, management, and external partners.
? Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex tasks and handle multiple
priorities while maintaining accuracy.
3. Technical Skills:
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
? Understanding of Legal Frameworks related to acquisitions and corporate
governance.
4. Personal Attributes:
? Problem-Solving Mind-set: Ability to identify issues early and develop
strategies to overcome them.
? Proactive and Results-Oriented: Takes initiative to identify and act on new
opportunities.
? Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
5. Certifications (optional but beneficial):
? Relevant professional development courses in business acquisition, finance, or
project management.
 6. Additional Requirements:
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Teamwork and Collaboration: Must be able to work with various departments
such as legal, finance, and strategy teams.
